3. Orders and Payments

a. Rental Confirmation/ Approval

All rental orders are subject to availability and acceptance. You will receive a phone call or email from our team within 24 hours of placing your rental request. Once someone confirms equipment and date availability your order and credit card will be processed for the 25% deposit.

b. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payments must be made in full at time of delivery or at pickup of rented items.

c. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy. All deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable to a future event date.

4. Delivery and Returns

a. Delivery

We will deliver rented items to the address provided during checkout (unless other arrangements were made and are in writing). Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

b. Returns

Rented items must be returned in their original condition by the specified date. Late returns may incur additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Solo Event Rentals or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
